Section 1

Got a tough project I just couldn't wrap my head around, so I decided to talk to Lucien about it.

Section 2

Finally got through to him, but he sounded sick on the phone. Since he helped me out so many times, I figured I'd return the favor with a nice home-cooked meal.

Section 3

He put a brand new apron on me, probably specifically for this occasion. I felt content watching him gulping down the food I made.

Section 4

We pared an apple hand-in-hand. I felt the long, uninterrupted peel signified a quick recovery, although his hot-and-cold mood swings made me think he was a somewhat different person today.
