Dating Diary[<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-pencil"></span> ]

I was shooting a documentary for Kiro, but even the camera went out in the freezing wintry weather.

Seeing me shaking like a leaf, he put his coat over me before turning his attention back to the matter at hand in thin garments. It is amazing how he managed to always be at his best for the camera.

As we walked to the next location, I slipped but luckily Kiro was there to stop my fall. We looked up and realized we fell behind and lost the crew. He clutched my hand so I wouldn't trip again. We couldn't make anything out in the snow-covered whiteness, so we navigated through intuition and instinct.

We reached the peak, with a view right out of a storybook. Kiro chucked snowballs at me and I returned the favor. I lost my balance and dragged him down with me. As we laid in the snow, I thought my heart was going to burst out of my chest from looking so closely into his eyes...

Script[<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-pencil"></span> ]

The peaks are covered by pure white snow. Everything is white, no matter where I look.
On the screen, Kiro was fully engaged in discussing the script with the director.
Suddenly, the screen glitched. I tried to move the camera around to see if I could fix it that way, but to no avail.
MC: Is this thing broken from the cold...?
Kiro's manager came stalking over as I continued fiddling with the machine
Agent: MC, how's everything going?
MC: Uh... A little bit of technical difficulties, but I'll figure it out in no time.
Agent: I'm really sorry you had to come all the way here.
MC: No, I have to thank you for giving us this opportunity.
MC: I'm honored to be filming a documentary of Kiro's new commercial
Agent: You're as talented as you are pretty, MC.
I smiled, embarrassed, at his praise.
Agent: Okay, you get on with your work. I gotta go help coordinate the next scene.
After the manager plodded away in the snow, I tried again to set my camera in the right position.

It turned on and seemed fine this time. I sighed in relief.
MC: Ah, finally...
Through the lens, I could see Kiro had finished his discussion with the director and was now reading the script.
I zoomed in to focus on his long lashes.
Kiro suddenly raised his eyes to stare directly at my camera with a bright smile.
And then he started walking over in my direction.
Kiro: MC, aren't you cold? You should've worn more layers.
MC: It's okay. I have to walk around a lot, so it's not that bad.
Kiro: It's so beautiful here. I've never seen snow as thick as this.
MC: You'll get to enjoy this to your heart's content after the filming is over!
Kiro: If only we could bring some home!
MC: Bring snow home?
Kiro: Yeah, that way we could look at it whenever we want to.
MC: It'd melt halfway there, though.
Kiro: So we'll have to just commit this beautiful scene to our memories.
The director's voice came drifting over.
Director: Kiro, we're gonna start!
Kiro: Coming!
Before leaving, Kiro draped his coat over me.
Kiro: See? You'll be warmer this way.
MC: No, wait! You'll get sick!
I jumped up, wanting to return the coat, but Kiro was already striding away.
Kiro: Just put it on. I can't wear it when filming anyway.
I stood there, his coat in my hands, unsure about what to do.
Kiro: Just hold on to it for me, okay?
The filming lasted 3 hours, and the sun had dimmed. It was cold, but the coast helped break the wind.
Kiro was focused on his acting in front of the camera, wearing only a thin shirt.
I could tell that his lips were already purple from the cold.
He still finished every scene meticulously.
As the director shouted "cut", the first stage of the shoot ended.

After a short rest, we'd be moving to the next filming location.
I followed Kiro, recording his every move with my camera.
Kiro: So did you like my performance?
MC: It was great, almost perfect.
Kiro: "Almost perfect" means that it's not perfect.
MC: That's not what I meant...
I tried to explain, but Kiro started laughing again.
Kiro: I'll have to work harder, then!
We arrived at a steep, snowy slope. I put down the camera and took every step carefully.
Kiro: Watch out, MC! Follow my footsteps.
MC: You be careful too, Kiro. It's slippery.
Before I could even finish, I slipped and slammed my knee hard on the slope.
Losing my balance, I realized that I was on the verge of tumbling down the hill.
MC: Aaahhhh!
But a pair of firm arms grabbed at me.
I looked up. Kiro was holding onto me, keeping me from sliding down.
Kiro: Hold on!
Grabbing at Kiro's arm, I gazed into his steely eyes.
He pulled me up, little by little. Finally, we both slumped down on the snow, panting.
MC: That was close. That you so much...
Kiro: You really scared me. I'm glad you're okay.
My heartbeat started racing again with Kiro's words.
No one else seemed to have noticed tout little incident.
When we stood up, ready to go, the filming crew was already out of sight.
We tried to follow the footprints, but the drifting snow had covered them all.
I began to feel agitated as I gazed into the endless whiteness in front of us.
MC: Which was should we go...?
Kiro: Everything looks the same in all directions...
Kiro: This is tricky, especially since we're both hopeless iat directions.
MC: Haha... You're kidding right?
Kiro: Let's just follow our gut.
MC: Yeah, I guess.
We started hiking towards the peak.
Kiro had his arm intertwined with mine, to keep me from falling down again.
We finally reached the peak after a long hike.
